Consultation fees

A first consultation costs 450–900 PLN. The lower end covers a studio appointment on Floriańska with photos and plans you bring; the higher end covers a site visit across Kraków, detailed measuring, and a written summary of layout options. Travel beyond the city ring is quoted separately before we confirm the slot.

Design packages

Full design packages for a single children's room typically range from 3,500 to 18,000 PLN. Price depends on room size, amount of custom joinery, number of drawings, and whether we manage procurement and site visits during installation. Furniture and construction materials are billed by suppliers unless a turnkey option is agreed in writing.

What packages usually include

Concept packages deliver a floor plan, mood direction in mint, soft rose, and charcoal, and a shopping list you can order yourself. Full design packages add elevations, a finish schedule, and supplier introductions. Coordination packages add site visits, trade sequencing help, and a final walkthrough. Exact deliverables appear in your proposal before any deposit.

Payment rhythm

We invoice a deposit to reserve design time, a mid-project payment when drawings are approved, and a final balance at handover of documents or after the last site visit. Payments are in PLN to the studio account listed on the invoice. Card payment at the Floriańska studio is available for consultations only.

Honest limits

Quoted ranges assume one room in a residential flat. Whole-flat renovations, structural changes, or heritage authority applications sit outside these bands and need a custom estimate. We will not invent urgency or inflate scopes; if a simpler refresh at 3,500 PLN solves your need, we say so.
