Our process

From first visit to a settled children's room

Start with a consultation

Consultation in your home or on Floriańska

We begin with a paid consultation—either at ul. Floriańska 22 or in your flat—so we can see ceiling height, window orientation, and how the household actually moves through the day. You share ages of children, sleep routines, and any building rules about drilling or stairwell bookings. Fees for this stage sit between 450 and 900 PLN depending on travel across Kraków and room complexity.

Photos and rough measurements from you help if a full visit must wait, but we prefer to stand in the room before proposing built-ins.

Survey and concept drawings

After you confirm a package, we measure carefully, note radiator and socket positions, and sketch two layout directions when the room allows alternatives. Concepts show bed placement, storage, and a reading or play zone. You choose a path; we then refine elevations for wardrobes and finishes in mint, soft rose, and charcoal accents that suit your light.

Supplier coordination and lead times

Joinery, paint, textiles, and furniture are ordered through makers we already work with in Małopolska when possible. We share realistic delivery windows that account for Kraków traffic, courtyard lifts, and administrator keys. You remain the client of record for purchases unless a package includes procurement on your behalf—always stated clearly in the proposal.

On-site installation support

During fit-out we visit to check alignments, edge safety, and whether curtains clear heaters properly. Trades receive drawings they can follow without guessing. If heritage plaster or uneven floors force a change, we adjust on the spot rather than forcing a plan that no longer fits.

Handover and settling-in notes

When the room is ready, we walk through lighting scenes, storage logic, and care for finishes. A short written note lists product names and cleaning tips for grandparents or caregivers. Follow-up questions by email are welcome during the first weeks of use; larger redesigns later are scoped as a new phase with fresh pricing.
